Gaming HowTo? - First to dump a rom

If a rom has not been dumped and someone has it and creates an nfo file and dumps it, what exactly needs to be done to register it here on gbatemp? and.. where does that person dump it to?

you really should not be asking this sort of question here for obvious reasons

hop onto irc and join #gbatemp or #ndstemp on efnet if u must have these questions answered although i can guarantee no one will answer the second question lol
