Hows the wii n64 emu lately?

    I've been way out of the scene and wondered today how the 64 emu was doing.
    I want to play rogue squadron really bad

    Rogue Squadron will probably never be possible on the Wii, because it needs low-level emulation to work and the Wii is not powerful enough for that.

    But XBOX 1 yes uh?

    Wii can emulate N64. His specs can emulate it. The only problem is this:

    N64: MIPS
    Wii: PowerPC

    indeed, they especially wrote a MIPS->PPC dynamic recompiler for this project so it's not much an issue anymore...

    I'm still wondering why Rogue Squadron would absolutely need LLE though, does that mean this game doesn't work on any existing emulator then ?

    I was talking about Rogue Squadron and not N64 in general. I think the only emulator that runs Rogue Squadron is Project 64 1.7 Beta in low-level mode and it's a lot slower than high-level emulation.
