Hey there. Title. To set the stage a bit, I do have CFW installed on my 3DS already, and do know how to dump, decrypt, and/or mount files with godmode9. This is so I can legally emulate my legally dumped DSiWare games.
DSiWare games played on NO$GBA emulator don't have working save states and saves.
Also, the BIOS for the Nintendo DSi, biosnds7.rom (16 KB - 1280F0D5) and biosnds9.rom (4 KB - 2AB23573), do not exist in the 3DS system titles:
