Been asking around on Reddit how to port games but everyone thinks i don't how to put already made ports in my 3DS.
Im talking about how to start learning/programming games myself to then covert and port the game on my 3DS.
Specifically, I want to port Hotline Miami, the game seems small enough to run only being 400mb.
Any sources or guides to help this process would be greatly appreciated
