need to add my friend's friend code for Sun/Moon when my copy of Sun lands in the mail from Amazon.

how do/should I go about doing so/setting up my nnind on my hacked 2DS? should I use my main/original nnid or should I create a scapegoat mule nnind to take the ban/hit just in case instead of my main/original nnid?

I also want to setup/hookup and use the eShop even though I've freeShop...to update my Sun through the eShop since my copy will be legit cartridge anyway

    I don't remember the exact name for it. but I think it's either rednand/emunand.. mine's on 11.0.0-33U

you just..... do it. There isn't anything special. You can update normally, use the eshop normally, you're fine. Though im not forcing you, if you want to use sysnand instead and just boot immediately into cfw will 100 percent boot rate, i'd install arm9loaderhax.

already installed a9lh long time months ago anyway when I first hacked my 2DS.. so I can setup my nnid even through cfw/a9lh in system settings, right?

If you're running A9:H is there a reason you're still using emuNAND?

I actually just went and stuck with it/that after I hacked my 2DS. in my system settings it says Sys.. like I said earlier.. I'm unsure if it's rednand/emunand I'm on, but I recall I had to install/use both during my hack months ago back then anyway..

Just FYI, if it says Sys you're not in fact running an emuNAND, toward the end of the hacking process you would have flashed your emuNAND to sysNAND. Did you properky format your SD after? If not you've got ~1GB wasted in it's own partition not able to be used.
