Homebrew how to use a wii save file downloaded off gamefaqs with the vwii ?

i really did not want to make this thread, but since no one replied to me when i posted it in different threads (i guess because i was going somewhat off topic,or because the fellas in the thread had no clue xD).

i would like to know whether it is possible to use a wii save with the vwii, i downloaded Skyward Sword save file ,it came as a .bin file, how can i replace the save file i have with this one ?

Couldn't you also just put it on the SD card and transfer it?
