Hi

I have my sdcard set as ux0 (main memory), i f i upgrade to 3.65 i m afraid that the driver wont be recognized on first boot and i ll have to reinstall everything.
Is there a safe trick to upgrade and directly have the good sdcard driver ?
I used also SwitchSD2Vita so i dont know if the driver can simply be replaced ;(

Thans

The plugin for sd2vita has been updated, so I assume that what you have now would cause a problem for updating. I'm downloading the updated plugin for 3.65 atm before I update. But to be safe I'd say switch it back to the sony memory card first, then update.

I think that would be the safest option. (also remember to follow the instructions and backup vitashell with CMA)

Looks like that should do it yeah. Can't say for sure, but it's what I'm gonna do shortly.
It might not even be needed, but I'm playing it safe.

THis is how I did it:

1. I updated VitaShell on my SD2Vita to 1.82
2. I removed the gamesd.skprx plugin and entry in my config.txt
3. I shut down the Vita and removed the sd2vita from my system entirely
4. I boot up the vita with the regular memory card.
5. Removed enso, reboot.
6. launched henkaku, installed VitaShell 1.82
7. made a QCMA backup of vitashell (as recommended on the updater github)
8. Followed the rest of the installation instructions.
9. once the installation finished, I installed the updated gamesd.skprx and nonpdrm and re-inserted my sd2vita.
10. final reboot, all my games installed on SD2vita showed up and I was able to play them.

Good thinking. I've had much trouble with updating cause my henkaku was kinda tampered, and won't show 'henkaku settings'.
As an alternative I could suggest to store your VitaShell in Ur0 to make it usable all the time. (VitaApp manager plus app can move apps around different storages)
