Bought a R4isdhc dual-core card 2017/2018. The kernel is from 2016, how to update the firmware, the site has option to download the firmware, how to install it exactly?

Im new to DS consoles, help would be appreciated.

Then what? do I have to navigate in the firmwares menus to initiate upgrade or is it just copy past and automatic?

U just have to copy the files into the boot of your microSD card.
