Hacking How to update my vita to 3.60FW?

Hi,

I missed out on the FW3.60 update because I thought it was best kept on FW3.10 for my ePSP and of course now I am regretting it! How do I update to FW3.60 and not FW3.61, if this has been answered already sorry I missed it.

So how do you actually play a decypted back up using henkaku? how do you set your vita up for this. I can see plenty off threads on dumping your game and playing it but how do you play an already dumped version
