Hacking How to update GW to 11.6 on old 3ds XL... all links i find are dead.. help

I waiting far too long to try to update it I know, but I downloaded the N3DS updates for GW 11.6...but my daughters old 3ds xl needs the update..

Can someone help me out?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
