Hacking How to update 3ds cia's out of the system region?

I have two tomodachi life games i'm trying to update. One is a JP version, the other USA. I keep trying to update them but they do not work. I'm guessing my console gives it the Europe update instead. How would I update them?

Well. in that case you would need to grab the correct region update cia file from google and install it with FBI.
