    Is it possible to make unofficial Fortnite Battle Royale Level Editor? Something more like in case of Unreal Tournament Level Editor which is already available on Epic Games Store/Launcher.

    This is completely out of scope for this topic.
    It only gives you access to cooked files. How to handle them lies on people unpacking it.

    So is it wrong thread to talk about it? Did someone here try downgrade from Fortnite Battle Royale season 10 into season 1? I just saw some Pikachu skin mod in FBR.

    So where should I talk about it? How unfortunate that official Fortnite Battle Royale got closed and moved on to Reddit and currently unreal engine forums including unreal tournament forums. These forum websites are under maintainance. Anyway do you know how to make character mods in UT4/Unreal Tournament 2016 I wish someone could make video tutorial about it.

    Where do i need to look for the version the game use? I only see the files in the .pak when i use the 1.check.cmd.

    What the hell is this? File should end with .pak extension. This file looks like it's custom splitted, not original one.

    I remember unpacking fighterz some time ago and it wasn't looking like that.
    Have you used nxdumptool to dump romfs? If yes, then you need to merge files 00 and 01.

    If you are using Windows, put files you want to merge to one folder and use Command inside that folder

    thank so much for the help I mange to unpack it but I guess mods don't work only shaders im not sure if you can help me add custom characters

    Added 3rd revision that will now correctly detect v8 pak in 1.check.cmd. Before it was guessing based on that v8 was other than rest of versions. Now with UE 4.23 release I've updated it to check properly version. I will check today if 4.23 has new unrealpak.
    + If it will detect version 3 or older, instead of listing files it will show only pak version.

    Added 4th revision with added support for UE 4.23. It claims it's still v8, but it's not compatible with 4.22, so I've decided to add it as v8.23 and updated u4pak to check that.

    The .pak was encrypted so I had to use quickbms to decrypt it, meaning I never got the lista.txt with the file names. I don't know how the lista.txt is supposed to look so I looked online for a tutorial on YouTube and this was how the .txt looked. I modified the files, but I don't know how to build the .pak
