Hacking How to uninstall Softmii?

How do I remove softmii and get my wii back to an un softmiid' state?

Well i'm not sure if this method removes all traces, but what I did before was run ARC with no hacks enabled. Afterwards preloader did not work and nor did disk channel loading, so I assumed everything was gone.
