Hacking How to uninstall cIOS on vWii?

Hello, I have recently softmodded my vWii using d2x-v10-beta53-alt-vWii but I am not using the Wii mode at all anymore and I would like to keep it clean. so I was wondering how do I remove the d2x-v10-beta53-alt-vWii that I installed on slots 249, 250 and 251? I also installed IOS 236 on my vWii and I would like to remove that too.

Would it be safe to remove IOS 236 and CIOS 249-250-251 using Multi Mod Manager?
