Hacking how to transfer vpk files and use vita game backups?

my pstv is on 3.60 and already got henkaku working. Just haven't bothered with doing anything since henkaku released lol. so any tutorials on how to transfer vpk files and use backups?

edit: also isn't there a way to activate henkaku via email somehow? thought i saw that but it wasn't 100% success boot rate

Open Molecule and hit select on your controller to enable FTP. You can connect to the FTP with filezilla.

From there navigate to ux0: (your root) and place any vpk you want to install there to start uploading it.

Once it uploads navigate to it in molecule hit x on it and install it
