Hacking How to transfer to a new SD Card?

Hey guys I was able to install Luma CFW on my 3ds via soundhax, but I just bought a new 64GB SD Card since I was using a miniscule 4GB card. So I was wondering if I needed a specific program on my PC to backup and transfer, or could I just copy all of the data on my current SD card to my new one using Windows Explorer? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Download GUIFormat and use it to format the 64GB card as FAT32. Then copy and paste the files to it.
