Hacking How to test tube hax DNS?

We waited sooooooooooo long for the 5.5.x kexploit so now we have it, I want to be sure my Wii U CAN'T auto update to a newer FW.

I just setup tube hax DNS but is it enough? How to be sure the DNS is correct and will block futures updates?

Reboot your WiiU and try to open the eShop if this fails TubeHAX DNS is working, further if your self hosting you can enter a bogus gateway under IP settings so the WiiU can't go outside your network.
