Hacking How to Swap Firmwares between ISOs (J vs U

Hi all - I need some help here...

First, my Wii is JAP, runs on 3.2J + D2C Key.
Second, I have two iso images, one is Mario.Kart.JAP.Wii.iso (contains 3.1J_V3) and the other is Wii.Fit.USA.Wii.iso (contains 3.1U_V3). Used Wii Update Manager to detect all these versions of updates.
Third, I had some luck to replace the update (3.1U_V2) in SSBB.USA.Wii with 3.1J_V2 and then scrubbed down to one DVD (4.3GB) and working fine. So I am thinking to replace 3.1U_V3 with 3.1J_V3 between these iso images.

The question is: how can I rip/download 3.1J_V3 from Mario.Kart.JAP.Wii.iso in order to replace 3.1U_V3 in Wii.Fit.USA.Wii.iso?
I can use wii update manager to do the replace part...not sure how to rip/download 3.1J_V3 from the iso...

solved...using wii update manager to download updates...and then replace...
