Hacking How to successfully system transfer clean/legit cia's?

I want to install the full legit/clean cia library on my O3DS.
then update to 9.6 (sysnand)
and then do a system transfer to my friend who is also on 9.6 (sysnand)

I read that people have had issues where only some/none of them successfully transferred.
Is there a step by step tutorial on how to 100% successfully do the transfer?

I read someone say they were going to try:
Install CIA.
Update to 9.6
Do system restore.
Download again from eshop. (to make sure they are still ticketed with eshop?)
And then do the system transfer.

Anybody confirm if that works? or maybe have a better way to make it work?



Also, if I do a system transfer to someone who already has saves/games purchased, does it merge my collection into their collection?
Or does it overwrite their collection with my collection?

(I'm aware I'd need a hardmod to get myself back from the 9.6 world. Not an issue. I have a nand backup and am fully capable of doing the hard mod.)

Not sure about the transfer, but I thought you can do all these steps in emuNAND 9.6 then you dont have to hardmod your O3DS

I thought Emunand doesn't support 9.6?
How would this be done?

Regardless hard modding is like 5 minutes of my life so I'll just keep it simple and do that.

Back to topic, if anybody has had success transferring clean cia's, please let me know.
