That's not really helping. I already tried a different internet connection and the new game is the only one with problems. I can literally redownload everything else, even "big" games like PKMN X.

I googled your error, and litterally everyone said it was solved with a better router.

I don't think you understand what I'm saying, so I'll show you what the request the 3DS makes:
HTML:
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:SOAP-ENC="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:ias="urn:ias.wsapi.broadon.com">
    <SOAP-ENV:Body>
        <ias:Register xsi:type="ias:RegisterRequestType">
            <ias:Version>2.0</ias:Version>
            <ias:MessageId>EC-xxx-107212336</ias:MessageId>
            <ias:DeviceId>xxx</ias:DeviceId>
            <ias:Region>USA</ias:Region>
            <ias:Country>US</ias:Country>
            <ias:Language>en</ias:Language>
            <ias:DeviceCert>xxx</ias:DeviceCert>
            <ias:SerialNumber>xxx</ias:SerialNumber>
            <ias:RegisterRegion>USA</ias:RegisterRegion>
            <ias:Signature>xxx</ias:Signature>
            <ias:CertChain>xxx</ias:CertChain>
            <ias:Challenge>xxx</ias:Challenge>
        </ias:Register>
    </SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>

I've tried changing every one of these fields (and resigning the request). Region/Country is completely ignored. RegisterRegion is what determines what region your new account will be locked too. My guess is that on Nintendo's server, depending on what your device id is, they try to license the titles that SHOULD be attached to your account to your new account in your register region.

The thing that doesn't make sense about that is that there IS no "swapnote equivalent" in EUR. Not all EUR consoles come with Tomodochi, and Tomodochi isn't added to your download history automatically when you delete your eShop account.

I would love to find out what's happening on my EUR system but I haven't figured out how to redirect the https requests yet...

What do you mean we have no "swapnote equivalent"? What would you call Nintendo Letter Box then?

There is no app that comes preinstalled on all EUR 3DS's and is automatically added to your download history the first time you connect to the eShop.

Swapnote comes pre-installed on US/JP systems?

The swapnote service was terminated years ago, I find it difficult to believe it's still included on brand new 3DS units.

Excuse my ignorance, but what does pre-installed Swapnote/Tomodachi Life have to do with the topic at hand anyway?

yifan_lu - i have never done a system transfer, so i don't know:
so, when you do one, on the target system you get all the tickets such as games, updates etc, regenerated with the new console id in the ticket? or do you get exactly the same tickets as the old 3ds?

Yeah, the tickets have your new console id I believe. Did not check. But since they're tickets from nintendo's servers; not anything transferred over, I would assume it's the case.

What if I have a failed transfer??? Do I rxTool into emNAND and login to my NNID and then copy my files to emuNAND SD? Or do I just extract ticked.db and moveable.sed from emunand and then inject them to sysNAND?

Help...

I have been using this firmware spoof to connect and download some if the free DLC's on my N3DS with 9.2 sysnand. Titles like MH4U, SSB & Etrian Mystery dungeon allows me to connect and download DLC fine. But Persona Q keep giving me problems. When trying to connect via "Add on contents", it will first look for an update, which there is none for this game. Thereafter, when it continues to connect again, it will prompt that there is a new system version and asks me to update. Which means i can't access the DLC page at all. Has anyone encountered this problem so far?
