Buy a new used DS ... or call up nintendo ... but they probably will tell you to change the screen or have you send it in and will do it for you ... for a price ... unless you are still covered under the 1 year warranty.

Actually, sometimes, you can fix stuck pixel by pressing the screen on that spot....It'll push the liquid inside and possibly "set it up"..

Just try pressing the screen few times, but not too hard (you'll see screen changing the color, it's OK)..and that could possibly fix it.

Haha, I thought so too...but check this out:

Actually, screens are REALLY good with pressure..
Well, don't press it THAT hard, but you have to get the liquid moving around..

It doesn't have a dead pixel fixer, it's a stuck pixel fixer and since stuck pixels still are functional that wouldn't work.

Aside from changing the LCD I don't think that a dead pixel could be recovered. Dead pixels are simply dead and can't be restored.

Yeah, I was talking about stuck pixel, stuck pixel has color one color that it displays, dead pixel doesn't display color at all..

So if it's a stuck one, try my suggestion, if it's a dead one, don't bother at all, because it won't work..

pushing the screen will risk making more dead/stuck pixels.

they are a manufacturing defect or the result of damage, both are irreparable.
