Hacking How to setup EZ-Flash 3-in-1 to run GBA games?

I've been searching around and haven't found a good tutorial or readme on how to setup R4DS to run GBA games through the 3-in-1. If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

There seem to be a lot of "loaders" so I'm stuck as to which one to use. I think once I know which one to use, I'll be able to set it up just fine.

    That's one of the issues I have with ecchi stuff recently, it focuses too much on the sexual aspect, not the comedy effect.
