How to run Tales of Phantasia on Pc

I've been trying for the past week to run ToP on my laptop but nothing seems to work. When ever I run it on epsxe I get a black screen. Im not sure what I'm doing wrong and would enjoy a nostalgic game while quarantine.

Try other psx emulator if you can´t get epsxe to run.
