ROM Hack How to run installed Japanese CIA's in English?

So I'm an Ace Attorney fan and since Spirit of Justice isn't in America yet, I got the Japanese version. Now I know absolutely no Japanese so I was wondering if it's possible to run CIA's in another language.

Information:
I have arm9loaderhax.
I don't have any card (Gateway, Sky3DS+, etc.)

CIAs have to have the language files of other languages to be run in other languages. Probably like 10% of Japanese exclusive games have English anything, so you will either have to wait for a fan translation project or wait for an american release. Just because though, try using hans to force the language to EN and if it crashes/blackscreens then rip.

Yes, but that game was still over a year out by that time. This game is two months out.

Then there are no language files for english. Your only option now is to hope there is a decent translation...

Don't act like it isn't possible; I know a good chunk of Japanese after a few weeks of personal study.
