Well, one day all my files just became 'corrupt' (unable to play). So then when I plugged in the USB thing, it resets (the apple comes up) and everything works fine again? If that were to happen again, what would I do [IMG]

That question sort of answers itself, don't you think?

My suggestion is to restore the iPod if it happens again. It's a button that appears when you connect the iPod to your PC. [IMG]

I think you have to hold down the MENU and the Center Button 'til the Apple logo appears, but I'm not sure.
It might just be that this method is to be used if your iPod freezes.

Activate hold and then "unactivate it" and then hold menu and the middle button. That should reset it.

Go to this page one Apple's site:
    iPod Troubleshooting
Pick your iPod and the first page after that will show you the reset routine for your player.
