Hardware How to replace PS3's HDD with HEN for a bigger HDD?

I have HEN enabled PS3 slim. In it its 320GB HDD, id like to replace it with a bigger 1TB or more one.
Whats the best way to do this and to copy all the data from old one to the new one?
