use AnyTitle Deleter to delete them.

However, you wont save any block by delete them

    And they come back @_@

Just toss them to the last channel page.

Use the AnyTitle Deleter (Google or WiiBrew) but they will come back the next time you put in a disc with an update. You won't save any block space either.

There is no point, it doesn't free up any space, which I'm sure 1,000,000 people have said before me. Well yeah, there is no point. I doubt you've used all the channel slots anyway, the Wii can't hold that much lol.

Simple! Just hold B+A and pick up the channel! Then hover it over the + sign.
    Everyone know that...

The best way to delete them would be to make a channel with the tickets of those channels, use Wad Manager to uninstall the channels from the WADs, install the WADs you made and delete from the normal menu.

That way it leaves behind a ticket so they won't get reinstalled.

    Like how I just said.

And it's probably not possible to use all the slots. You'd run out of memory before you did.
The only reason channels are good now is for N64 games. Emulator channels run at full speed, have savestates, and are small.

Just use the Anytitle Deleter -> http://wiibrew.org/wiki/AnyTitle_Deleter

    CODE00010002: System channels
    Title ID Description
    10002-HAAA Photo Channel
    10002-HABA Shopping Channel
    10002-HACA Mii Channel
    10002-HAFA Weather Channel
    10002-HAFE/J/P Forecast Channel
    10002-HAGA News Channel
    10002-HAGE/J/P News Channel
    10002-HAYA Photo Channel 1.1

and is it save to remove the Photochannel or will i get brick?

    It should be safe.

EDIT: And by "These channels cannot be uninstalled." I think they mean from the data management. Not that if you do, you'll brick.
