I've seen the whole thing on cia files, and this is awesome, but is it at all possible to do the same to a .3DS ROM file? If so, how?
I've ripped a ROM copy of my ultra moon game using skydock, and would like to randomize, is why I ask.

Edit: just to specify, I am looking for a way to randomize that does NOT require CFW and other crap like that, just a .exe program to edit the .3DS rom file. I absolutely cannot run CFW on the type of ds I have, or I would. This is a community full of people dedicated to hacking these ROMs, so I am hoping by now somebody has figured this out, and made something.
