how to purchase games on steam without credit card and paypal?

    i want to buy games off steam cant due to not bieng over 18 so is thier like prepaid cards(xbox live points, psn, dsi points,etc) for steam

    There aren't prepaid cards, but you CAN buy a lot of the games as a physical disc in places like Gamestop or Walmart.

    You can buy a Visa gift card and use those I'm pretty sure.

    Otherwise use a parent's card.

    You can buy a prepaid credit card such as the Vanilla Mastercard.

    I've tried those and they work fine with Steam.

    If a visa gift card doesn't work directly I know it can be tied to a paypal and then used.

    Your account says you're 16, which means you're eligible to open your own checking account at a bank (Bank of America for sure) without your parents permission or anything.
