How do you play downloaded roms on your NDS?

Hey MR_COW, just a quick question, I've recently got my DS and am extremely interested in expanding my DS games collection as it were, I'm very keen on getting a passcard and a supercard for that purpose, is that website you gave out trustworthy? I'm just paranoid about internet shopping sometimes and would like to know if this is one of those sites that most people on these boards use.
