so whats the soulation for playing backups which are to big for FAT32 hard drive ?

is there a software which makes it into small files which fits in FAT32?

or should I convert my hard drive to NTFS and put the files there?

FAT32 is not a suitable format for large disks. If your backup loader supports a more sane format, you should probably go with that instead.

Ps3 does not work that way, multi man lets you combine files once they are splitted inside the HDD.
