I am really SORRY about the title i didnt want to make you open this thread because i make/found a hack for 3ds i wanted instructions how to HACK it make it play backuped games, for cousin.My English are bad i was busy I had a few hours free, i made a mistake.
(They told me that i dont have to buy anything to make the 3ds play backuped games,i needed some help)

uh you just want play 3DS ROM on you 3DS. i hope 3ds hacked why i just want homebrew and ROM hacking (i mean ripping to get that content).
uh i not read all, hm 3ds is have new structure, if you have ds flashcart is not working, you need new one so is need buy something.

please read here . i don't know why they say that but fact: nothing play 3DS ROM.
