lol wow my younger brother did this once and never did it again. I gotta tell ya stealing credit cards is like going up into the owners face and say "Hey I got your card"
We can easily track down the history transactions and the location to where it was used.
Actually some transactions or account linking requires a Credit card with Paypal like Nintendo Switch 's E-shop or Patreon. So no valid credit card your shit out of luck, but paypal does sell E-shop cards
