Hacking How to make /meta for VC (nes, snes, n64, DS)

Hi !
I have all GBA and some of DS games with /meta folder, but i have plenty of NES SNES N64 and DS VC games without.
Is there a way to create them or get them online ?
I know there is a solution : put [xxxxxx] at the end of the name of the game and a .png for icon, but i'm not satisfy with that.

Edit the tga image files (iirc icontex, something tv, and something else)
