Hacking How to make a "NDS *.cht Cheat file" for M3 REAL?

Anybody knows how to make a NDS *.cht, not GBA, Cheat file" for M3 REAL?
Like I found these codes on the net in *.cht format for 1834-Final FantasyIV NDS (J)

and save the file as YF4J.cht then load it in the M3 Real, but it says no Cheat found

Do I need to save it in a specific name for it to work???
