Heard about that an official Korean game disc is needed.

go to the batch download page, and type "70k" to select IOS70v54321(IOS60-patched)

then install this wad using a wad manager (like yawmm)

doing this will ensure your region changed formerly Korean wii is safe in the event of accidental official 4.2 update

this is only safe until the next system menu comes out. that system menu will probably use IOS80. unless you have a IOS80 installed that also doesnt have the korean key check and also i higher revision than the official one, that update will kill your wii.

For the time being, use NUSAD to get the patched IOS70 v54321, and install it.

But this will only protect you from the error 003 in sysmenu 4.2. Future updates will most likely bring it back. The easiest way to make it update-safe is just not to update.

If a newer update does come out, you should wait for people to hack it first, then install the hacked version as per the hackers' instructions.
