Hacking How to make a Hacks.ini file For Preloader Hacks

Preloader Hacks are Hacks like Block online Updates,Region Free Channels,No Health Check,etc...

First, Go to Here
See What FW your wii is,and copy all the linebreaks

Now On Your Desktop make a notepad file and paste the linebreaks in it
Change the name to hacks.ini

Copy the File to the Preloader app in the SD card

When Turning on wii,Press Reset Button button to start Preloader
Select Sysmenu hacks and enable/disable any hack and Save setting

When your Done,You should have Preloader Hacks!!
