How to make 60fps cheats for any game?

Hi all. Been looking everywhere and just can't seem to find anything. I got the idea from this YouTube video:



But it's so blurry I can't follow it.

Does anyone have a link to a similar tutorial/guide?

You don't need it, you can use FPSLocker. It's doing exactly the same thing all tutorials are doing (which is editing nvn interval) + more since many games are using custom fps solutions, dynamic resolution FPS target must be adjusted, etc.

Hi thanks for this.

So I'm trying to get Luigi's Mansion 3 running at 60fps. I have FPS locker which I access via the Tesla menu. Setting the frame target to 60 and over clocking everything doesn't do anything by itself.

So I've gone to the second link you've provided. I can see that Luigi's Mansion 3 is listed there and when I click on the link it shows me the code.

What do I actually do with this code? Where does it go?
