So, I installed A9LH on my friend's console. However, the console is from his younger bother who might launch the Health&Safety app (which is FBI) and the HBLauncher by accident. The console already has parental control, so can I lock these apps so noone goes messing around there?

    Thanks,

It's possible by editing the SMDH (icon.bin) before making a CIA: https://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/SMDH

However, smdhtool sets them to no age restrictions by default as far as I can tell, so you'd have to modify the tool to have restrictions, or hex edit your icon.bin before going on to make the CIA (or whatever format H&S injection uses).
