Hacking How to load and play GBA on NDS using M3

I have a NDS lite with Passcard/ M3. I have been trying to play GBA. Problem is it loads 100 % then screen goes black. It says loading nds game however. What is the proper way to load and play GBA. Do I leave in the passcard or out. thanks
yes i checked out the guides I am doing it properly I think. Any help would be nice.

Leave the PassCard out!

You can't play GBA games while in NDS mode. Put your M3 in, leave the PassCard out, and let the magic of flashcarts booting on their own surprise you. If your NDS isn't set to boot NDS/GBA automatically, simply choose GBA on the opening menu.

I did and I get nothing but the Gameboy boot then the screen turns black. no games and I have lots of gba roms on card. I have them in the GBA directory that I made. Should they be somewhere else.

Did you remember to boot into GBA Mode on your M3?

Start your NDS system.
At the M3 Menu, press START to go into GBA Mode.
Load the GBA ROM.
Enjoy.

if you are in gba mode and it still wont load, format your card fat32 not fat16.
