As in the title. Anyone? GB/GBC games converted with goomba cannot be linked afterwards.

Goomba does not have link cable support/emulation. You can't link up goomba to another instance of goomba or a regular GBC for that matter.

you will have to get a GBx based flashcard to be able to link etc, they are rare as fuck to find one, I am lucky i got a good deal on a 16Mb Mr Flash like 15 years ago,

if you search you can still find one, but they are very expensive

like @Hunter already said, you're going to need a GB(C) flashcard. The easiest to find is the Everdrive GB X3/5/7, available here:
    https://krikzz.com/store/

though, they are a bit pricey. You can also try to find and older Everdrive GB (without the X moniker), they might be cheaper used.

EDIT: Sometimes you can find flashcards at BennVenns shop as well, they usualy are a bit cheaper (that's why they are called "El-Cheap-O"):

If you want to link up two GBC ROMs, you're going to need 2 GBC flashcards. Just FYI.

EDIT: I also recall there being emulators on PC with link cable support. You could, obviously also use these for linking two roms up on the same PC, but I never tried it. I don't know how reliably it'll work:
