Homebrew How to install scrtool.3dsx into the hb launcher?

I placed the folder scrtool containg scrtool.3dsx and scrtool.smdh in the root of my sd card but the app dont appear in the hb launcher (cia (gridlauncher) )... what I do wrong?

Also this the app for converting the screenshot_raw.bin into .png screenshot right?

When i press B nothing happends also i have no 3ds folder, i tried to put it in the Nintendo 3ds folder but

and why in the root?
Don't you need to put them in /3ds/ScrTool/.3dsx .smdh
?

If you don't have a "3ds" folder you should either create one or download the HBL starter kit. Then paste the scrtool folder inside of it and it will show up.

Option 1 - launch through homebrew launcher of choice
Root\3ds\scrtool\scrtool.3dsx and scrtool.smdh

Option 2 - launch instead of homebrew launcher.
Root\boot.3dsx (renamed from scrtool.3dsx)

Option 3 - Use option 1 along with a boot manager to get option 2.
