Homebrew How to install games on a 3ds not hacked?

A few weeks ago there was rumors going around that you could pass a game on a hacked 3ds to 3ds that isnt hacked i think there was even a video but i cant seem to find anything

Only if the game is either bought(LEGIT) on the source 3ds or you have cfw on both 3ds
the rumour is clearly false, as on an unhacked 3ds you can't install pirate titles due signature checks

You can only install legit games on a console that is 10.7 or below. If you are actually doing this though, it is more worth it to downgrade then to install the like 10-20 games that are "legit"

no you can downgrade the native_firm of 11.0 with dsiware and a 3ds with cfw on it

You should really consider downgrading while you have the chance. https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/ If you are wanting to just have an already hacked console transfer pirated games to that ds, you cannot do it as system transfers check if you bought the game or not.
