Homebrew How to install EmuNand in 11.6 ? With Godmode9 ?

1) Start the New 3DS XL into Godmode9 and ... i dont know how to ?

Why do you want an emuNAND? There are very few legitimate uses for them nowadays. Main one being if you want to region-change it and have two regions on your console. Or use Gateway (which isn't recommended).

Creating an emuNAND will format your SD card. No way around it. It is creating a new partition. The guide warns you so you can back up your data first.

What do you mean? If you do it on your computer it will still format the card, plus, if you use a different tool the console probably won't recognise it as an emuNAND (you'd have to get quite technical on how to create it, personally I wouldn't have the slightest clue). You want to use either emuNAND9, Hourglass9, or GodMode9 since they'll create it properly.

Just backup your SD card content, before making a emuNAND, and put everything back on the SD card, that way emuNAND will be a linked with sysNAND, but if you want to separate them do this, otherwise every time you go to emuNAND all your apps will be wrapped:
Before you make a emuNAND unlink your console from NINTENDO ID, then backup your SD card content.
Make a backup of emuNAND with emuNANDTool_1.0.3 (just for safety).
Put everything back on the SD card.
Boot into sysNAND.
Go into the System Settings app.
Go to Other Settings -- (click right 3 times) -- Format System Memory.
Click 'A'.
Click 'A'.
Remove your SD Card from your 3DS (VERY important).
Accept any further prompts to format your system.
Go through the setup process after formatting.
Insert SD Card when you're on the home menu.
It'll create software data.
Link your emuNAND back with Your NINTENDO ID
You're done!
OPTIONAL: To check if it's unlinked, you'll see 2 folders inside sd://Nintendo 3DS/

You can't get around formatting the card. The process of creating the partition the Emunand will be installed to requires a format. If you want Emunand you must backup the contents of your card install Emunand (this can be done on a PC bust still requires a format and a dump of your nand) and restore the files you backed up before the install. You will not loose any games saves or data doing this as long as you make sure to backup everything on the card.
