How do I install Cydia on my iPod?

When you jailbreak it using snowbreeze, it will automatically install cydia.

you may need to reboot your device for the icon to appear

Jailbreak it with greenpois0n, then let it reboot. It will boot in verbose mode, so you get to see a lot of text scroll on the screen. A white icon will appear on the springboard, which will download cydia onto your ipod touch and then ask if you want to delete the app you used.
