How to install cIOS 222 etc. with no internet connection for the Wii

If I have managed to contravene the rules with this post I apologise in advance and would appreciate an e-mail educating me on the strict interpretation of the rules.
If, like me, there are lots of baby monitors etc. near, so your RF is saturated and you have children that like the singing games you will appreciate the reason for this post. I did this myself after spending time reading and understanding the source of Hermes (!) cIOS 222 installer Version 1.6
What you will need (hardest to easiest to find) :-
key.bin
NUS Downloader
uloader install (version 1.8 at the time of writing)
Using NUS Downloader :-
Ensure “Wii”, “Decrypt Contents” and “Use/Keep Local Files if Present” are selected.
Download the following :-
Title ID 000000010000003C v 6174
Title ID 0000000100000024 v 1042
Title ID 0000000100000025 v 3612
Title ID 0000000100000026 v 3610
On your SD Card :-
Copy folder apps from the uloader install to the root of your SD card
Create a new folder on the root of your sd card named “00000001”
In folder “00000001” create 4 new folders named “0000003C”, “00000024”, “00000025” and “00000024”.
In folder “0000003C” create a folder named “v6174”.
Copy the all the files from “000000010000003Cv6174” (created by NUS Downloader) into SD card folder “v6174”.
In folder “00000024” create a folder named “v1042”.
Copy the all the files from “0000000100000024v1042” (created by NUS Downloader) into SD card folder “v1042”.
In folder “00000025” create a folder named “v3612”.
Copy the all the files from “0000000100000025v3612” (created by NUS Downloader) into SD card folder “v3612”.
In folder “00000026” create a folder named “v3610”.
Copy the all the files from “0000000100000026v3610” (created by NUS Downloader) into SD card folder “v3610”.
If you have done it correctly, the installer will say

“from SD:” instead of “from Internet:” during the install
