How to install a game and get wup installer gx2

I have Tiramisu and Mocha, and I downloaded Wii Party U from the usb helper. Except I don't know how to install it from here. I have tried getting wup installer gx2 from the homebrew appstore, except when I press download it doesn't download. Just takes me back to the main menu of the appstore.

wup installer gx doesn't download stuff. you need to put the wup files in sdmc/install/game name. then, they'll show up, and you can install them.

update:it let me install wup gx2 finally and I think its downloading
