How to import pictures from PC to 3DS with DSi Camera?

So, I've got the DSi Camera installed on my 3DS XL and it works perfectly. My only problem is importing images from a PC onto there. I've tried two tutorials on here, using both DSi JPEG Signature Tool and SignaPic DSi, they work perfectly, but when the images themselves are transferred and I load up DSi Camera, it keeps saying they cannot be loaded.

Is there a way to import pictures for DSi Camera, from PC to 3DS? I hope this doesn't confuse anyone, I just want to import these pictures for flipnote studio since having that, and DSi Camera installed allows importing like on an actual DS.

You could. But you do have to follow the folder structure of the 3ds.

I have, via the DCIM folder with folders named 1XXNIN0X. It's how I found out "03" = 3DS images, "02" = DSi Images.

Dragging and dropping doesn't seem to work, even with the correct settings (i.e resolution, dpi etc.)
