i have a 0001.sav from an eshop game that came from an unhacked o3ds (10.7). How would i use my .sav on a cia game i installed on my n3ds' emunand? Most of the guides aren't too specific on this

Where did you get the *.sav file from?
If you just grabbed it from the sd card, it's pretty much useless. You'd have to extract the savefile with some homebrew application like svdt and import it into your n3ds emunand. For your n3ds with emunand I'd suggest you use jk's savemanager.

yep i snagged the .sav directly from the sd card. Could i still go through with using svdt or jk and just importing the save?

No. If you took the save directly from the sd card it's console specific encrypted. You must use a homebrew application to get and inject the save

He has the save directly from the sd card. It won't work the way you describe it.

You can't decrypt the save without the 3ds itself. That's why you need some homebrew application like svdt on the 3ds where you got the save from.

I'm not sure how a sky3ds works, but I think you have to extract all the saves individually using something like svdt.

Something I should add: I thought you got the .sav file from the sd card in your 3ds. Maybe you should've told us in the op that you were referring to a sky3ds.
