Assuming you're using Windows
Go to Control Panel, and in the search bar "Language" then select "Region and Language"
A new window will appear. Now change "Format" to the language you want.

Was that it?

Sorry to bother you again, but i have something i'd like you see: I've followed entirely your guide and got my 3DS displaying both the connection and the icon of nintendozone flashing, but when put it into sleep mode the only light i see is the one of the battery of my laptop flashing because of low-power xD. I've also checked if the mac address is changing but it seems to stay the same. Apart from this, here are the data:

Network interface controller:
Realtek RTL8723AE Wireless LAN 802. 11n PCI-E NIC

maccheck.cmd results (the exact disposition and amount of the numbers):
0000001000000001
0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

version of my 3DS:
9.4.0-21E

Thank you in advance for the patience!
You should open scheduled tasks, find nzone task and check mark that allow job to run while on the battery.
And I need thew full driver information string from maccheck please

Just run "ifconfig wlan0" and see the MAC, and run it again after it should have changed, for example half an hour later if you set up it with BASE16.

Well, I don't have a wlan0 but a ath0. It hasn't changed yet aswell so I guess something in the script needs to get changed from wlan0 to ath0? If it's hard programmed in it atleast.

I am using a TP-Link WA801NDv2 with DD-WRT. And the DD-WRT firmware is off from the TP-Link TL-WR841ND v8

I could really use some help now, I'm getting desperate :P My 3DS is running 9.4(EmuNAND), my PC is running Windows 8.1. I downloaded nzone.exe and started it through cmd (with BASE256). Now my 3DS shows the Nintendo Zone icon in the home menu of the emuNAND while not even connected to the "ConsoleNintendo3DS"-Hotspot. Is that normal? Shouldn't I have to actually set up a connection between my 3DS and the Hotspot? And shouldn't the hotspot be called NZ@McD1? Or is that one of the things that changed with 9.3?

No you should not configure anything else for nzone.exe and fw 9.4

I can't find the mark in task scheduler. Also, should I turn off Antivirus?

Hi it shows my ath0 interface with the MAC I set up in the DD-Wrt interface. My nzone.macs file is empty aswell I guess this might be the issue why it ain't switching mac's?
Yes nzone.macs must be downloaded properly for script to work

Yes you'd better turn off all antivirus and third party firewall at least for the initial setup. The mark mentioned only affectsnzone job while running on the laptop from the battery power
